R.A.V.E is the Grand Prize Winners of our community giveaway, who have won $15,000 worth of IT infrastructure hardware/software and one full year of managed services to support their digital transformation efforts. We made sure all non-profits involved received $1,000 of software/hardware goodies for their IT needs. NextGi knows it is absolutely necessary to give back to the non-profits that help make our community an amazing place to live.

The mission of the Northern Nevada R.A.V.E. Family Foundation (RAVE) is to improve the well-being of Nevada families by providing respite to families caring for young and adult children and with special needs. RAVE a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization accomplishes this by training youth volunteers to care for these exceptional children. RAVE currently has three respite programs available in order to accomplish this mission (1) RAVE Family Center, (2) Jr. RAVE and (3) Teen RAVE. Please visit NNRFF.org for more information.

R.A.V.E Won $15,000 in IT infrastructure

Every month, 1,500 women and children are sold online for sex in the Reno/Tahoe area. 1 Sexual exploitation and trafficking aren’t just a global problem, they’re a local epidemic. Awaken is here to help. We work to increase awareness surrounding the issue of commercial sexual exploitation (CSE), and provide housing and restoration for its victims. Since 2011, Awaken has walked alongside more than 600 women and children as they embark on their healing journeys, providing services including case management, counseling, mentorship, advocacy, and more. Awaken offers a wide range of support through the Awaken Drop-In Center, Day Program, and Transitional Housing Program. Lives are being changed, and in some cases even saved. Our mission is “To inspire, educate, and motivate the human spirit. to save, nurture, and love the canine spirit, and to bring the two together to change the way the world views, rescues, and places homeless dogs”. The primary focus of CRCS is the rescue, recovery, and placement of at-risk dogs in our community. We do not discriminate against age, breed, or medical condition.
